Philips is seeking a Data & Transformation Analyst for its Cloudification & Software Hub in Bangalore. This role is designed for a professional with strong analytical, data science, and digital transformation expertise, aiming to improve compliance, reduce costs, and streamline software/cloud product management across systems.
The ideal candidate will not only bring strong technical and analytical capabilities but will also display leadership in program management, stakeholder engagement, and process transformation. This role places you in the heart of Philips' global data ecosystem, with exposure to high-impact digital transformation initiatives that influence compliance, procurement, finance, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply data analytics to track and optimize software usage, license compliance, entitlement risk, vendor spend, and standardization adoption.
- Build and implement monitoring and controls on ServiceNow (SHUB), ensuring high-quality data compliance and catalog completeness.
- Define, map, and maintain data across systems such as Windchill, SAP, Azure Data Lake, and ServiceNow, ensuring end-to-end BOM lineage traceability.
- Support mid-level transformation projects involving new program features, dashboards, integrations, and data reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities for process innovation, leveraging analytics to propose and implement efficiency improvements.
- Drive change adoption by preparing training materials, conducting demos/UATs, and supporting engineers, buyers, and stakeholders in project rollout.

SQL, Python, ServiceNow, PLM/ERP integration (Windchill, SAP), Azure Data Lake pipelines, Power BI, Tableau, Data science/analytics, Agile, SAFe, PMP
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience depending on degree level.
- Strong analytics background using SQL/Python and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Familiarity with cloud or software platforms like Azure, AWS, or ServiceNow.
- Experience in product/BOM data, PLM/ERP systems, or procurement concepts is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving mindset, and communication skills.
- Understanding of Agile and PMP practices, with ability to handle medium-complexity projects.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools quickly while leading cross-functional collaboration.
